Become a Vendor

We are looking for local farmers, ranchers & artisans to participate weekly in The Hunt Country Market! We are committed to creating an exciting, unique & popular market to make sure it is worth your time to come out.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor, you will need to first fill out the below application. If you are approved as a vendor, a representative will follow up with the vendor agreement directly with you and collect the initial payment. We want to do our best to have quality products and only have 1-2 vendors that sell the similar items participate.

​Requirement details overview:

  1. Vendors have to commit to their space by the month for $100. The first month is prorated to $75.

    1. All monies collected from vendors will be used toward booking weekly musicians, online & print advertising, and operational needs for The Market. No single entity will ‘profit’ from the organization and execution of the Market.

    2. Monthly fee is subject to change beginning in July based on operational costs. 

  2. Requirement Overview:

    1. A “Vendor” may be a sole proprietorship, a partnership, or a corporation and shall include family members and employees who assist in the production and/or sales/marketing of the products.

    2. A Vendor must be an established business with proof of business registration

    3. A Vendor must raise, grow, produce, catch or make from scratch everything they sell. Vendors may not sell items on behalf of, or bought from, any other farm or supplier (unless approved by Market Representative).

    4. A Vendor must provide their own tables, chairs and display arrangements.

    5. A Vendor must move their vehicle after unloading.
